The classic New Orleans soup in a mildly spicy dark roux with shrimp, crab, Andouille pork sausage, okra, & rice and a garnish of thinly sliced green onion and finely diced sweet red peppers.

Seasonal mixed vegetables including peas and mushrooms in your choice of a Creole tomato sauce ; served over your choice of rice or pasta. Topped with a garnish of thinly sliced green onion and finely diced sweet red peppers.

A Cajun classic and one of our house specialties of crawfish tail meat slowly cooked in a seasoned roux with onions, bell peppers, celery, garlic and herbs., Served with rice and topped with our house garnish of thinly sliced green onion and finely diced sweet red peppers. Quantity:

Shrimp and Grits – $13

10 Medium shrimp lightly tossed in our house made Creole seasoning mix, pan sauteed and finished with our Tasso Ham cream sauce, a splash of our Creole tomato sauce and capers. Served with creamy cheese grits and garnished with thinly sliced green onion and finely diced sweet red peppers.

Cajun Jambalaya – $12

A moderately spicy rice dish of chicken, Andouille pork sausage, Tasso ham, our house made piquant sauce, the Cajun trinity, and Creole seasoning; garnished with thinly sliced green onion and finely diced sweet red peppers.

Blackened Catfish Plate – $13

Pan bronzed catfish filet dusted with Creole seasoning and laced with a ribbon of creamy house-made tartar sauce. Served over a vegetable rice pilaf of squash, carrots, sweet peppers, red onions, peas and mushrooms with Meuniere Sauce- Tartar Sauce, Lemon wedge
